Q- How do your diet plans work?

A- I make you a customized nutritional plan, that changes as you change. It is dynamic, not static, it will change as often as needed to avoid plateaus and ensure continual progress.
 
Q- Do I have to eat foods I dislike?

A- NO! There are far too many foods out there to make someone suffer on something they can't stand.

Q- Are your plans fat or carb free?

A- I do not generally remove any macronutrient (carbohydrate, fat, protein) from a diet. I utilize all three, at the right times, with an emphasis on protein at every meal.

Q- Who do you work with?

A- I work with anyone that is ready to make a commitment to following a sound nutritional plan. I have dealt with clients that range from working mothers that are trying to shed some extra pounds and get into better shape all the way to competitive physique athletes.

Q- Do I have to work out?

A- It is advisable to engage in some physical exercise, though it is not mandatory. A progressive cardio plan comes with all nutrition plans. General resistance training advice is given with the plans as well, however is you would like a fully mapped out progressive resistance training plan, that is available at an additional fee.

Q- How do we go about this, do I meet with you, how do we do this?

A- Everything can be done via e-mail. We don't have to live in the same city or even country. We use e-mail and progress pictures.
