I first signed up with Justin in May 2011, standing 5'3" weighing 136lbs. Up until this point I had tried numerous diets & workout programs, such as P90X, Insanity, 4Hr Body, none of which got me remotely close to where I wanted to be; I felt that I had "read myself stupid" - meaning, I had read so many articles over the past several years I didn't know what to believe anymore. I was on Justin’s program for 3 weeks and then put it on pause for 3 weeks, in which time, I was partying every weekend and I managed to undo all my results, and was back at square one. I told Justin to be very blunt with me and tell me how much damage I was doing by going out all the time, I needed a wakeup call and to re-align my priorities. Either I was going to keep wishing and wanting to get into shape, or, I WAS going to be in shape, and finally happy with the way I looked. The choice was mine.
It was at the end of June when I decided to get serious, put myself first, and finally accomplish my goals once and for all. I made it a non-option to cheat on either the nutrition or training, at the end of the day I wanted to look back and know that I did everything I could, and that my results reflected that - I didn't want to wonder "if I didn't cheat there, there and there, would my results have been better?" I wanted to do this, and I wanted to do this right. To push myself even further, I told Justin that I wanted to do a fitness model competition, I figured why not? So for the next 4 months I simply did what Justin told me to do, it was pretty mindless to just go do the work and have someone else figure out the details. However, I do like to know the "how’s" and the "whys", and Justin always answered all the questions I had throughout the program. At the end of October I competed in my first fitness model competition with IDFA and took 2nd in my class - I was in complete shock, spending the last 10 years trying/wanting to get into shape to placing 2nd was more then I had ever imagined; It took awhile for it all to really sink in, but I know that all my hard work and dedication paid off. One week later I competed in bikini in an ABBA show, and placed top 10 out of 31 girls in my class!
I lost a total of 18 pounds and more importantly, I lost 4" off my hips, 3.5" off each thigh, 3" off my waist and 1" on each arm. However, this was not only a physical transformation for me, through this process, I have let go of a lot of self-limiting thoughts and have grown so much as a person. I am officially hooked, and it was a no brainer for me to continue to work with Justin, continue to compete, make improvements, and better myself (...and win some trophies ;) )
I have so much gratitude for Justin and Impact Nutrition and how much it has changed my life, it has been my most fulfilling journey thus far, and I can't wait to see what the next year brings!

I started with Impact Nutrition like many of you, wanted to see results, wanting to learn how to properly eat a balanced meal. I wanted to learn and understand the proper way to work out. For me it wasn’t about dropping a lot of weight, I wanted to be lean. I thought I was in pretty good shape, thinking I was eating fairly healthy, working out 5 days a week, but just couldn’t seem to get the muscle definition and leanness I was wanting. When I first came to Impact Nutrition February 2011, I was 5’7, and 138lbs and what some ladies might say, I was sporting a muffin top. My percentage of body fat was 18.6%.
In just a short 12 week program I signed up to work with Justin, he helped me transform my body with great success. With hard work, strict menu plan, healthy cooking, and exercise and of course a lot of wonderful family support I feel like a new me! My kids said to me a few weeks ago, “mommy you have a 6 pack like this lady in the magazine”. (Oxygen) That was a very proud moment for me, and I knew that all the cooking, exercise, dedication was so worth it in that moment. I dropped almost 4 % body fat in less than 3 months. I lost inches throughout my body, 6 inches in my waist. I gained a tremendous amount of muscle. Thank you Impact Nutrition!
I am a true believer that with the proper nutrition, hard work, dedication and a great motivational trainer like Justin anyone can do this. I feel 20 again, I have so much energy to keep up with my two younger children, and this is now my way of life.
Recently I ran my second ½ marathon and was able to run 16 minutes faster than my 1st marathon. I know this was a successful run because I was in the best shape I could be in. I trained hard and ate a balanced diet, and truly I have Impact Nutrition to thank for this. Any time I had questions to be answered about nutrition, especially about training for my marathon, I emailed Justin and quickly he would get back to me with suggestions for me. My menu plan had a lot of variety, and cooking healthy become fun! My whole family has benefited and we are all eating so much healthier.

I've had the dream to step on the stage since I was 16. At 23 I finally made my dreams my plans and did my first shows with SABBA in April 2011 and IDFA in May. I come from a small city were there are many competitors that I admire and always told myself one day. Thanks to Justin Wilson and Team Impact I was able to accomplish my dreams. I want to thank Justin for helping me and getting me up there on my stage. Justin believed in me even when I would have my doubts and he pushed me to get were I am today. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and has an answer for every question. It's a journey that was not easy but it was worth all the sweat and tears. I signed up with Impact Nutrition after having my second baby. I hadn't lost all of the 'baby weight' after my first child and after my second I had been trying on my own to lose the last 10 pounds. My baby was almost one year old and I had been stuck for months. I was discouraged and frustrated because I was working out, and was very active and I just couldn't budge. Even though I live on the other side of the country, I spoke with Justin on the phone once and after that we communicated by email. I was provided with my meal plan and some cardio 'assignments'. I was eating 5 times a day and was never hungry. I quickly started to see results and was very encouraged. Some small adjustments were made to my meal plan and activities along the way. Although my goal had originally been to lose to 7-10 pounds, I ended up losing 18 pounds at a slow, but steady rate. We ended up moving me to a maintenance plan because I didn't want to lose any more! I was astounded! I feel fantastic and lost 2 pant sizes! My body is leaner and tighter than it has been in years thanks to Impact Nutrition!

Julie Craddock started working with Impact Nutrition when she was about 159lbs (photo on left), attending a bootcamp along with her nutritional consulting plan with Impact. She is shown in the photo on the right at 111.8lbs, still working with Impact on her nutrition and doing some training on her own in her home. This is really on ly part of the story though, as she was originally 197lbs, dropping to 159lbs before getting help from Impact and dropping down another 47lbs. Jordan Roy took 3rd place in the middleweight class at the 2009 Southern Alberta Bodybuilding Championships. Jordan is a drug-free athlete that placed well in an open non-tested show.
